Our Engagement Approach

The CTP process is built around four rounds of community engagement: 

​

  • Round 1 – LISTENING: December 2025 - December 2026 (awareness, challenges, priorities) 

  • Round 2 – COLLABORATING: January 2027 – April 2027 (trade-offs, draft solutions, subplan feedback) 

  • Round 3 – REFINING: May 2027 – August 2027 (public comment on draft plan, revisions)   

  • Round 4 – PLAN ADOPTION: September 2027 – November 2027 (Finalize plan, Mayor, and Atlanta City Council approval upon finalization)
